Radnor Lodge is registered under the legal responsibility of Ms Yolandie Jacob-David. The service operates from 13 Radnor Road, London SE15 6UR and is seeking CQC registration for the regulated activity of Personal Care.
2. Aims & Objectives
To provide safe, person-centred supported living with personal care for young adult males aged 18–25 with learning disabilities, autism and associated mental health needs—promoting dignity, rights, independence, positive risk-taking and community inclusion..
3. The People We Support
Young adult males aged 18–25 with learning disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), behaviours that challenge, and severe but enduring mental health disorders.
4. Service Model
Positive Behaviour Support, person-centred planning, measurable outcomes, multidisciplinary working (CLDT/CMHT/GP), safeguarding, and continuous improvement under a robust governance framework.
5. Staffing & Training
Safer recruitment (enhanced DBS, references, right-to-work), structured induction and shadowing, competency checks, Care Certificate alignment, PBS/de-escalation training, and ongoing CPD.
6. Quality & Safety
Incident reporting and learning, risk assessments, medication safety, health and wellbeing plans, complaints and compliments procedures, and Duty of Candour.
